• A birthday yard card kit include everything seen in the photo.  It could be a four foot tall character, and/or a 4 foot tall balloon cluster or cupcake, ground stakes and between 4 and 12 small staked characters.  This kit includes 15- 4” x 12” plaques to personalize, paint pen, stencil, a business start up manual and an instructional guide. The red 18” numbers are sold separately and can be ordered under Yard Card Supplies.
