What is the yard art made of?
The
yard art is made out of 1/4 inch top grade
plywood and painted with two coats of exterior
paint and then coated with a polycrylic weather
resistant sealer.
How do I put the yard art up in my yard?
Included is a wooden stake for yard art that
is under 3 feet tall and for the yard art that
is over 3 feet we include a metal stake. Both
come with the proper hardware to attach the
stake to the yard art.
What is the wall art made of?

How do I hang the wall art?
Each piece comes with a picture hanging
hook.
Can I change the size of the yard or wall art?
Yes. Since each piece is made to order you
can order the size you prefer of any of the
designs found on the website. Additional charges
may apply.
Do you do custom work?
We can make just about any design you can
come up with in any size you prefer.
What are the prices for the various sizes?
Pricing for standard items are shown on the
website pages. I can't give the exact pricing
for custom pieces since it
varies by the amount of detail involved. For
custom piece pricing send me an

with your design idea. We will return an
estimate within one business day.

What areas do
you deliver to?
We deliver throughout south Placer County.
Cities include: Rocklin, Roseville, Granite Bay,
Citrus Heights, Loomis, Penryn, Auburn,
Orangevale, Lincoln and Antelope. Please call or
email if you do not see your city listed.
What times and
days do you deliver?
We deliver seven days a week between 8 a.m. and
5 p.m. Delivery times can vary but if a specific
time is needed we will try to accommodate your
unique schedule requirements. We are closed for
all holidays, however, arrangements may be made
for holiday delivery for an additional fee.
When should I order?
The sooner the better. We take reservations
months in advance, but we will do our best to
accommodate you for your last minute needs.
What is the
keepsake piece?
The Stork includes
a circle wood piece that is either pink or blue
with pokka dots in a slightly lighter
corresponding color, the Sweet Pea includes a
green circle (a pea) with either a pink or blue
inner circle while the Flower Baby includes your
choice of either a pink flower, ladybug, turtle
or green snail. All keepsake pieces include the
information provided by you after your baby’s
birth: name, weight, length, and date of the
birth. At the end of the rental period you
will find on your door step the keepsake with
a ribbon for hanging in your baby’s nursery.
How big are the
signs?
The Stork stands 7
feet tall. The Sweet Pea and Flower Baby stand 6 feet tall.
Circus themed games are 4 feet. The Birthday
display character and Cupcake are 4 feet tall
with the small characters 6 to 12 inches tall.
Does somebody need to be at home when the
sign arrives?
No. We will take care of everything. The only
assistance we may need is if the delivery is in
a gated community. In this case, we will either
need the gate code, or someone to "buzz" us in
(neighbors are great candidates for this job).
What does your price include?
Our prices include rental, set up, take down and
one personalized keepsake piece. Tax will be
applied to the final cost.
How much do you
charge to deliver?
Upon rental
request we will quote you a delivery fee which
is obtained by calculating your distance from
our base location in Rocklin.
Can I water and
mow my lawn?
Yes. Continue to water and mow your lawn as you
normally would. We only ask that you not use a
string trimmer around the base of our signs.
Will the sign damage my lawn?
No. The sign's posts only leaves a small hole in
the lawn which we tamp down when we come to
remove the sign.
What if I want to move a sign?
If you would like to move the sign please let us
know and we will do it for you. A delivery fee
may apply for each time we come out to move the
lawn display. We cannot be held responsible for
any damage to people or property if you move the
sign yourself.
What if the sign gets damaged?
If you notice damage to any of our signs, please
let us know immediately. We reserve the right to
charge a $100 fee if a sign is stolen or
intentionally or severely damaged. Any
additional fees will be charged to the person
who rented the signs.
Refund policy
You WILL receive a refund of rental fees if you
cancel your order 48 hours in advance.
You will NOT receive a refund if:
-We are asked to remove the
display early
-We are given the wrong address
-We are given the wrong
personalization
-We are not allowed access into
a gated community
-The homeowner’s dog is loose
-If you have not given the required 48 hours
notice for cancelation
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express,
Discover Card or cash. For credit card
payments a PayPal invoice will be sent to your
email account with directions to follow to
complete the transaction. Payment must be
received before the announcement is delivered.
