If you live in the Sacramento area you can avoid the shipping cost by picking the product up at Ivy's Wood Creations. We are located 25 miles east of Sacramento in Rocklin, California.

Personalized Name Sign Refund Policy
 

Ivy's personalized name signs are non-refundable since they personalized to each recipient. If you are for any reason unhappy with the sign or quality please contact Ivy directly at 916-765-5104. I will make every effort to appease the situation.

Rental Refund Policy

Ivy's birth announcement and stork rental fee is 100% refundable up to 48 hours prior to scheduled rental date. Any refund requests made with less than 48 hours before scheduled rental date will be subject to a $25 late cancellation charge.

You will NOT receive a refund if:
                -We are asked to remove the display early
                -We are given the wrong address
                -We are given the wrong personalization
                -We are not allowed access into a gated community
                -The homeowner’s dog is loose

      -If you have not given the required 48 hours notice for cancelation
