At Ivy's Wood Creations we put forth every effort to produce a product made with the highest quality materials that should stand up to most elements.  Proper care should be taken by the customer to ensure that the outdoor yard art is not put directly in front of a sprinkler or in direct sunlight. Ivy's Wood Creations does not take returns since each piece is custom made to order with specific colors and design . In the event that an item arrives damaged the customer has three business days to contact Ivy's Wood Creations to receive a product replacement.
