Each sing is designed and created by Ivy, cut and engraved with a CNC router. Every line, detail and or text is engraved and cut to perfections and consistency, so no stencils needed!
We only use 1/2 inch MDO plywood which is a weatherproof sign board. MDO has waterproof resin on each layer of veneer and on the overlay coating making MDO 100% waterproof.
We have over 50 paint colors available in exterior semi-gloss enamel that has excellent durability that guards against damage from sunlight and moisture and is stain and dirt resistant.
After you complete your sign we seal it with a Spar Urethane sealer that offers a durable crystal-clear protective finish that is water resistant.
We have a large assortment of colored glitter to add sparkle and fun to your sign.
We usually paint the backs of the signs black unless they hang or are double-sided.
You can choose how you would like to display your sign, we offer either the option to hang your sign or a ground stake.
MATERIALS
What should I wear?
Be sure to wear clothes that you won’t mind ruining. The paint we use is permanent but we offer aprons and gloves if preferred.
Can I sit with my friends?
Absolutely, just let us know who they are and we’ll make sure you sit together.
Do you serve alcohol?
We are not licensed to sell alcohol but your welcome to bring your own.
Can I bring food in?
Yes! We encourage you to bring food to share with your friends. We have a long counter for you to set up a buffet or snack bar. We do not supply cups or plates.
How long are the paint workshops?
They usually run 3 hours.
What if I don’t finish in time?
You can schedule to come in another time to finish.
Are children allowed?
If your child can sit and concentrate for a long period of time then they can come. Be aware that we do have heavy machinery in our shop.
Can I schedule a corporate event?
Yes! Either they can come to the studio or we can go to you.
How many people can fit in the studio?
We can comfortably fit 16 people.
Do you do events outside the Roseville Studio?
Yes, we can pack everything up and travel to your location, restaurant, bar, winery, brewery…wherever you want to host your party.
Can I customize my project?
Some signs can be customized and we always love new ideas.
Do I have to paint my sign like the picture?
No way! We will teach you our techniques and you get to decide on your colors or if you want glitter.
Will my sign be safe in the rain?
Yes, our signs are water-resistant.
What is your cancelation policy?
In order to get a refund we require 48 hours notice before the scheduled workshop.
How do I schedule a workshop?
First select the sign in the size you would like to paint from our shop page and if you select workshop we will contact you to set up a workshop time and date.
